What products do you offer?
JoyProxy offers cloud Proxy IP (short-term pay-as-you-go, long-term fixed IPs, and custom geo-targeted ports), JoyProxy desktop software for IP management, JoyTunnel for secure port forwarding, and free AI tools (OpenClaw Skill, AI MCP, and AI Assistant). We also publish open-source Proxy Server and Proxy Client software.
Can I try the service for free?
Yes. New accounts receive $5 free balance credit after sign-up to try our Proxy IP services. You can also apply for a free trial from your dashboard—describe your use case and our team will review it. No credit card is required to register.
Do you provide API access?
Yes. Paid Proxy IP plans include REST API access for endpoint generation. Generate API keys in your dashboard or endpoint generator, and use the OpenAPI Center for interactive documentation and live testing. AI MCP and OpenClaw Skill are also available for AI workflow integration.
What payment methods are supported?
On the website you can pay with PayPal, credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB), or your account balance (including signup credit and recharge bonuses). The JoyProxy desktop app also supports Alipay and WeChat Pay for in-app subscriptions. JoyTunnel supports PayPal and credit cards in the app.
